LED 패키지 형광체의 열특성에 미치는 매개변수 영향 연구
Light Emitting Diode illuminations have been widely used due to their longer lifetime and higher energy efficiency compared with conventional lightings. Despite such benefits, both performance degradation and lifetime reduction could be induced by intrinsic heat generation and consequent temperature rise in phosphor layers of the LED packages. In this study, we have investigated parametric effects such as quantum efficiency, the height of phosphor layer, phosphor concentration on the thermal behavior of the LED package.
