Thermal Management Technology in Industry Field
Approximately 90% of the energy is produced through thermal process. However, 40% to 80% of the fuel is not being converted to required energy due to the low efficiency of the power and energy systems. It is directly related to the decreasing efficiency of the system, which causes problems in wide range of industry fields. Improvement of performance and compactness of electronic devices cause increase in electric power consumption and heat generation which generates high-density heat. Generated high-density heat lowers efficiency of electronic devices. In order to solve the problem of decreasing performance of electronic devices, a new concept of thermal management technology that can efficiently dissipate high-density heat generation is essential for the near future. Therefore, this study presents thermal management technology and reviews related researches.
