나노-마이크로 복합 구조체 제작 및 세포 특성 평가
Nano-, Microfibers are very useful in tissue-, biomaterials engineering area because it has been a lot of advantages such as similar extracellular matrix and excellent mechanical properties. In this study, the nano-, microfibers hybrid structure based cell culture platform we describe here, which is designed to recapitulate the three-dimensional interface and dynamics mechanical microenvironment similarity of the human body, displays improved mouse skeletal myoblasts cell morphology and functionalities. The design of the hybrid structure was fabricated by using electrospinning and 3D printing. In this structure, the polymer was polycaprolactone and polystyrene. And it is the structure, enabling the three-dimensional culture of skeletal myoblasts cell for various applications, including tissue regeneration and in-vitro model.
