소형 전자기식 가진기의 스위프 사인 진동제어

A vibration test is important to verify the stability of products in transportation and operation environment. This paper presents the control system of a small electro-magnetic shaker for broadband vibration of a single axis. The dynamic characteristics of the control loop, consisting of an amplifier and an accelerometer, were carefully identified based on frequency-response tests. A compensator cascaded with the dynamic model was proposed to make the shaker follow the reference vibration features. Experimental results revealed that the proposed control system could give better performance in sweep sine vibration test.
