쇽 업소버 동특성 측정 및 SEM 차체 프레임 모델에의 적용

Shock absorber is a device that dissipates input energy and reduces vehicle vibration in rough road conditions due to energy conversion relationship. Measurement dynamic characteristics of shock absorber is important since it is necessary considering the dynamic characteristics when engineers design car systems. In this study, for measuring shock absorber's dynamic characteristics, cantilever beam transfer function with Newton-Raphson method is used. In order to analyze the vibrational performance of car frame model depend on the shock absorber characteristics difference, the spectral element method is applied. The spectral element method theory is based on finite element method theory and spectral analysis method. Analysis in both time and frequency domain can be applied by using the SEM car frame model. The SEM car frame model is used to evaluate performance in riding comfort aspect.
