비탄성 충돌을 이용한 레일 댐퍼가 트랙 거칠기 증가율에 미치는 영향 검토
The rolling noise from trains is generated by the roughness of the rail surface when the wheel is running on the railway. In order to reduce the rolling noise, the rail damper employing inelastic impact is developed in previous study. In this work the influence of rail damper on the corrugation growth rate is studied by using the wheel-track-damper dynamics modeling, rolling contact mechanics and wear. As the result of simulation, the short pitch rail corrugation is related to the pined-pined resonance of track vibration, the rail damper employing particles’ inelastic impact is found to be able to attenuate the pined-pined resonance more effectively than that of general rail damper. Thus it can suppressed the growth of short pitch rail corrugation more efficiently.
