결정 구조물의 비국소 변형에 대한 연구
In this study, the effect of a nonlocal deformation in crystalline structures is investigated using atomistic simulations. As test materials, diamond cubic silicon and face-centered cubic copper are used. The changes of atomic energy and force due to the nonlocal deformation are calculated by using ab initio calculation and are compared with those obtained by molecular dynamics simulation.
