전극의 도전재와 바인더 무게비에 따른 리튬이온 배터리의 방전용량의 변화

The electrode of a lithium ion battery consists of active material, conductive additives and binder. The conductive materials are carbon powder and added to increase the electric conductivity and polymeric binder binds active material and conductive additives. The change in discharging capacity was investigated depending on the weight ratios of conductive additives and binder in this study. Anode is made of lithium metal and cathode consists of active material as LiMn2O4, conductive additives as Super-P, and binder as Solef-5130. The fixed weight percentage of active material is 85 wt% and 5 different weight ratios are studied as conductive additives vary from 1.5 wt% to 13.5 wt% by 3 wt% and binder decreases from 13.5 wt% to 1.5 wt% by 3 wt%.
