6분력 휠 동력계의 특성시험 방법에 관한 연구
This paper studied on the characteristic test method of 6-component Wheel dynamometer. The 6-component wheel dynamometer fabricated measure 6-component force/moment in a way that combines several wheatstone bridge circuits. The strain gage’s position error used in the composition of wheatstone bridge was analyzed by finite element analysis. A 6-component force/moment characteristic tester was developed to evaluate the characteristics of wheel dynamometer and tested to verify the method of generating moment. After analyzing and comparing characteristic test results from uni-axial deadweight tester of 6-component wheel dynamometer previously made, study was conducted to minimize coupling errors.
