박용엔진 크랭크 축계 볼트 체결부의 회전각 체결 프로시져 연구

The hydraulic tightening method is used for accurate fastening of critical bolted joints of marine engine where high static and cyclic loads are applied. However, bolts used for fastening temporary mechanical components, such as power transmission shaft or two-part crankshaft during production, torque tightening method is generally used for productivity. Recently, as the output and the explosion pressure of the marine engine have increased, the torque tightening method with a large dispersion of the fastening force reduces the reliability of the bolted joint. In this study, we first confirmed the accuracy of the fastening force and the level of scattering in the case of the relatively small size bolt by using the angle controlled tightening method. Then, it was also applied to the large size bolted joints of marine engine power transmission shaft system. As the minimum required fastening force is applied to the bolted joints, the productivity and the safety are improved.
