초소형 전기차(Micro-Mobility) 언더바디의 모듈화 설계 연구
Personal mobility, as next-generation vehicle, is receiving attention because of societal changes such as increasing inhabitants of metropolis, more tightening environmental regulations, increase of one-person households, aging population etc. It is easy to apply modular design in the design of personal mobility due to its simple structure compared to existing vehicles. This makes it possible to reduce production costs, improve product life span, and produce various variants to meet a number of needs of the customer.
In this paper, we carried out the underbody modularization of micro electric cars (aka micro-mobility), which is one kind of personal mobility. For this, we first determined the size and shape of the unit module constituting the underbody by referring to the TWIZY of Renault. As a next step, we determined the suitability of the unit module through loading condition study and structural analysis.
If the underbody for various types of micro-mobility is manufactured using combinations of the same unit module developed in this study, small and medium enterprises will have a competitive edge to satisfy various mobility needs.
