The topology optimization method considering the failure of the structure has been developed with various methods to deal with the stress constraint and has been applied to various fields and physics. However, most cases were considered static problems. In order to more accurately consider the safety of the structure, it is necessary to consider stress in dynamic system. When dynamic loads are applied, the stress waves generated by the dynamic loads are propagated to the inside of the structure. It is important to consider these stress waves in particular. In this study, we developed a topology optimization method considering the stress waves. In this study, the stress waves are calculated using the finite element method and because of the numerical calculation, there are numerical errors in the calculated stress. And these errors can cause difficulties in finding the optimal shape through the structural optimization technique. In order to solve this problem, a new method is proposed in this study. It is to construct a new stress wave that reduces numerical error and to use it to perform structural optimization. In this paper, we will discuss how to make a new stress wave and the results obtained through this study. We have developed a structural optimization method considering stress in a dynamic system.
