필라멘트 와인딩 공법을 적용한 컨테이너 고박용 복합재 라싱바 성능 연구

The lashing bar is a device used to secure containers when loading containers on the container ship.
Generally, the lashing bars are made of metal and have a weight of about more than 20 kg. Because of the weight, one worker could not lift the lashing bar. Although, the lashing bar should be installed more than thousands on the container ship. It not only decreases the productivity but also threat of safety of workers. To solve the problem, the lashing bar is made of composite based on filament winding method. The composite lashing bar decrease the weight 60% compared with steel. However, it is essential to review the performance and safety of the lashing bar according to the material change. Therefore, in this paper, arrange the rules for lashing bars proposed by the class and proceed to review the performance of the composite lashing bars by applying the most severe conditions.
