프리프레그 적층 구조에 따른 CFRP 이송장비의 안정성 평가

Carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) has received a lot of attention because of its excellent properties, such as high tensile strength, good fatigue resistance, and low density. However, to design structure of CFRP transport system is complicate because the stability of whole system is strongly influenced by stacking directions and sequences of laminates. In order to determine the stacking direction of the composite laminates, the structural analysis is essential. Here we study the stacking methods of carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) for weight lightening of transport system for manufacturing facility. The structural behavior of CFRP transport system is investigated by using finite element analysis (FEA). The maximum strain and failure index of the CFRP products are measured to investigate the effect of the stacking condition of composite laminates on the strength of the CFRP products.
