기계적 강성과 기하학적 상관 관계에 미치는 DNA nick의 영향에 관한 분자 동역학 연구
DNA is one of the well-known biomolecules with unique properties that allow the Watson-Crick complement sequence to self-assemble. Structural applications such as DNA origami have been proposed continuously. However, in order to accurately design customized DNA nanostructures, we must introduce structural discontinuities called nicks. Therefore, structural properties at the nick site are important for accurately designing DNA nanostructures. Despite the understanding of the global dynamics of general B-type DNA, it is difficult to reveal the structural characteristics of DNA nicks due to limitations of experimental limitations. In this study, we focus on the correlation and sequence-dependent properties between geometric parameters of DNA nicks at the base-pair level. molecules. Since atomic interaction affects nanoscale properties of DNA, we employ molecular dynamics simulation to study single nicked DNA molecules in equilibrium state.
