비선형 마찰 계수를 고려한 브레이크 디스크의 열-구조 연성 해석
A finite element analysis model for evaluating the dynamic characteristics of brake discs under high speed braking conditions is presented. The analysis model is modeled by a coupld thermo-mechanical analysis technique which can take into consideration the elastic contact problem due to sliding friction and the heat generation and heat transfer. In order to evaluate the performance of the correct dynamic characteristics, the nonlinear friction coefficient according to the temperature were calculated from the brake specifications and the torque variation history obtained from the actual brake dynamometer experiment. As a result of the analysis, the disc temperature and BTV were confirmed. Also, the analysis model was verified by comparing with the brake dynamometer experimental results.
