FDM 방식의 3D 프린터를 이용하여 제작된 격자구조물의 좌굴 특성 평가

The lattice structures are widely used for payload fairing of rocket or aircraft body for the purpose of lightweight. This study aims is to evaluate the buckling characteristics of lattice structures manufactured by 3D printer. However, when manufacturing a structures using a 3D printer, strength and stiffness have anisotropic due to the additive manufacturing. therefor, in order to consider these characteristics, the tensile test of the material carried out according to the lamination direction of the 3D printer and it was applied in the design of the structure. Also, finite element analysis and compressive test were performed to evaluate the characteristics of the global buckling, which is a failure mode generally occurring in lattice structure.
