반응표면법을 이용한 열가소성 액상수지 주입 공정의 중합반응조건 변경에 따른 CFRTP 물성 평가
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate physical CFRTP properties according to polymerization reaction conditions using a thermoplastic-resin transfer molding(T-RTM) process. First, T-RTM process was established and carbon fiber and caprolactam(PA6 monomer) were used for base materials. Second, injection rate of resin and the portion of C20(activator) and C10(catalyst), which are design factors affecting mechanical properties were selected. experimental conditions were calculated by using the central composite design(CCD), which is a typical design of experiment for the response surface method(RSM). also, the significance of the central composite design(CCD) was verified using an analysis of variance(ANOVA). Then, a sensitivity analysis was performed. Finally, Objective function using tensile strength and a polymer conversion rate optimized CFRTP polymerization reaction conditions.
