마이크로-나노 계층구조를 가지는 건식접착구조의 연신을 이용한 제조기법 개발
At present, one of the representative fields of the naturally derived engineering system is the 'gecko sole' consisting of 'micro-nano hierarchical structure'. The commonly used 'micro-nano hierarchical structure', a method of manufacturing and injecting molds or Punching out materials. However, the problem with this method is that it takes a lot of time and cost, which makes it difficult to construct a large area structure. Therefore, this study proposes a technique of 'stretching' CNT dispersion in PDMS to simplify the process of micro - nanostructure fabrication. In this study, the process of dispersing oxidized PDMS in PDMS was performed and the density of PDMS was confirmed in CNT. In the future plan, Stretching tester is prepared and CNT is dispersed in PDMS, the alignment direction will be confirmed and the adhesion properties will be confirmed.
