금속의 라체팅 모사를 위한 Chaboche 모델의 변수분석
This paper deals with the effects of parameters in nonlinear isotropic / kinematic hardening model suggested by Chaboche. The plastic shakedown and ratcheting that have negative influence on fatigue life can be predicted properly with Chaboche model. Equations such as von Mises yield criteria, flow rule and hardening rule chosen for modeling metal plasticity under cyclic loading are investigated, after briefly explaining the shakedown and ratchet concepts. The effects of each parameter on ratcheting are studied intensively with finite element analysis by using Abaqus 6.13. It is shown that while Chaboche model with a single backstress is proper to predict plastic shakedown by adding isotropic hardening parameters, the model with at least two backstresses is necessary to predict ratcheting. It is expected that Chaboche model parameters for simulating metal ratcheting can be obtained quickly and easily with just a few trials if this paper is referred.
