- July 11 (Fri) : Deadline for submission of invited presentation titles

- July 25 (Fri) : Official announcement with detailed program schedule
- August 1 (Fri) : Deadline for Abstract submission (1 page)
          * Please submit the completed form to Prof. Jinhyuk Cha

- August 21-22 : Symposium

- Delegates of both sides : Free for all including banquet and lunch
Others: Free for only symposium

Priority will be given to presenters for participation in next year’s joint symposium to be held in Japan.
